Dr. Flavia Vaduva is a Board-Certified Veterinary Nutritionist and a valued member of the Golden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) team. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Following graduation, Dr. Vaduva gained extensive clinical and industry experience, working as a general practitioner and in various industry roles for six years before pursuing her passion for companion animal nutrition.

Driven by a commitment to enhancing pet health and strengthening the human-animal bond, Dr. Vaduva completed a veterinary clinical nutrition residency through Kansas State University and the University of Tennessee in 2024. Her training equips her to provide evidence-based nutritional solutions for a wide range of medical conditions, supporting both general wellness and complex disease management.

Dr. Vaduva is available to provide nutrition consultations for referring veterinarians and pet-owners collaborating closely to develop personalized dietary strategies that optimize patient outcomes. Her approach emphasizes the critical role of nutrition in overall health, disease management, and quality of life, ensuring each patient receives care tailored to their specific needs.
